You must be 18 years of age or older to create a Megapari account. This is verified through your date of birth at registration and confirmed again when you submit your CNIC for identity verification before your first withdrawal. Accounts found to belong to players under 18 are closed immediately and funds returned. No. Each player is permitted exactly one Megapari account. Creating multiple accounts — even with different email addresses or phone numbers — is a violation of the Terms and Conditions. Payments

Odds update in real time based on the current match situation — for example, after a wicket falls in cricket or a goal is scored in football. Markets available during in-play may differ from pre-match markets. Some markets may be temporarily suspended during key moments — such as while a ball is in play or a penalty is being taken — and will reopen shortly after. Your account must be funded before placing a live bet as they settle quickly.

If a match is abandoned before the minimum number of overs required for a result, your pre-match win/loss bets will typically be voided and the stake returned to your account. For in-play bets placed after the match started, settlement depends on whether the specific market had already been determined before the abandonment. Cash out is available on selected markets at Megapari. When cash out is available on a bet you have placed, you will see a "Cash Out" button alongside your active bets in your account. The cash out value is calculated based on current odds and your original stake. You can choose to take the offered amount before the match settles. A parlay — also called an accumulator or multi-bet — combines multiple selections into a single bet. All selections must win for the bet to pay out. The upside is that the odds for each selection multiply together, producing much higher potential returns than individual single bets. The downside is that a single losing selection loses the entire parlay. Megapari supports parlays across most sports markets. Responsible Gaming

Log in, go to Account Settings, then Responsible Gaming, and select Deposit Limits. Enter your preferred daily, weekly, or monthly limit in PKR and confirm. The limit takes effect immediately — you will not be able to deposit more than the specified amount within the chosen period. Reducing a limit takes effect straight away. Increasing a limit has a mandatory 24-hour delay before it becomes active, preventing impulsive decisions from bypassing a protection you set when thinking clearly.

Self-exclusion is a permanent account closure for a minimum period of 12 months. To request it, go to Account Settings → Responsible Gaming → Self-Exclusion, or contact support via live chat if you cannot log in. Your real-money balance will be refunded to your verified payment method. The account cannot be reopened within the 12-month period under any circumstances. This tool is for players who believe their gambling has become harmful. It is irreversible for the exclusion period and is there to help, not to inconvenience.

A cooling-off period is a temporary pause ranging from 24 hours to 6 weeks. Your account is suspended but not closed, and your balance is preserved.
