Megapari Terms and Conditions – Rules & Player Agreement

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and Megapari ("we", "us", "the platform") governing your access to and use of the Megapari website at megapari-khelo.com and all associated services.

By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, claiming a bonus, or otherwise using any feature of the Megapari platform, you confirm that you:

• Are at least 18 years of age;
• Are accessing the platform voluntarily and for personal entertainment purposes;
• Have read and understood these Terms in full;
• Accept these Terms as binding on you.

These Terms apply alongside the Megapari Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which you are also deemed to have accepted upon registration. If any individual term is found to be unenforceable, the remaining terms continue in full effect.

To register and maintain an active account at Megapari, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria throughout the duration of your account:

• You must be 18 years of age or older. Megapari reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend accounts pending age verification.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current registration information. This includes your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, a valid email address, your date of birth, and your preferred PKR payment method details.
• You must be the beneficial owner of any payment method used to deposit or withdraw on the platform. Deposits and withdrawals must be made using accounts or wallets registered in your own name.
• You are only permitted one registered account. Duplicate accounts — whether created intentionally or accidentally — must be reported to support immediately. Megapari will close duplicate accounts and may apply penalties including forfeiture of any bonus funds.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or agent of Megapari or any of its affiliated companies, or an immediate family member of such a person.

Megapari reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason. Providing false information during registration is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds, including any winnings accrued.

You are entirely responsible for the security of your Megapari account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. Megapari staff will never ask you for your password under any circumstances.

• You must keep your login credentials confidential and not share them with any third party, including family members or friends.
• Any transaction, bet, or action taken on your account while logged in is deemed to have been authorised by you, until such time as you report a security breach to Megapari support.
• If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must contact Megapari support immediately via live chat or email at support@megapari-khelo.com.
• You are advised to use a strong, unique password and to enable two-factor authentication where available.

All transactions on the Megapari platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are accepted for deposits:

• Easypaisa (mobile wallet)
• JazzCash (mobile wallet)
• NayaPay
• SadaPay
• IBFT bank transfer
• Visa/Mastercard debit or credit card

The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200. There is no platform-side fee charged by Megapari on deposits; however, your bank or wallet provider may apply their own charges, for which Megapari bears no responsibility.

Deposits are credited to your Megapari account instantly in most cases. If a deposit does not appear within 30 minutes, you should contact support with your transaction reference number. Megapari will investigate and credit confirmed deposits as soon as possible.

Deposits must be made from payment accounts or wallets registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted and will be returned minus any processing fees. Megapari reserves the right to void bets placed using funds from a third-party deposit.

You may request a withdrawal of your available real-money balance at any time subject to the conditions below. Withdrawals are processed to the same method used for deposit wherever technically possible.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500.
• Identity verification must be completed before your first withdrawal. This requires a clear copy of your CNIC and a selfie. Verification is a one-time requirement and is typically completed within a few hours.
• Withdrawal requests from verified accounts are processed within 60 minutes on average for Easypaisa and JazzCash. Bank IBFT and card withdrawals may take up to 2 business days depending on your bank.
• Megapari does not charge a withdrawal fee. Your bank or wallet provider may apply their own charges.
• Any active wagering requirements on bonus funds must be completed before the bonus balance can be converted to withdrawable real-money funds. Bonus funds and real-money funds are displayed separately in your account balance.
• Megapari reserves the right to request additional verification documents on large withdrawal amounts or on accounts where unusual activity has been flagged.

Withdrawal requests may be delayed or refused if Megapari suspects fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms. Any funds found to have been obtained through fraudulent means will be forfeited.

Megapari offers bonuses, free spins, reload promotions, cashback offers, and VIP rewards from time to time. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to one account per person, per household, per device, and per IP address. Attempts to claim the same bonus multiple times through different accounts constitute fraud.
• All deposit bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement before any bonus funds or associated winnings can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement multiplier and eligible games are stated on each promotion page.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%; table games, live casino, and sports bets may contribute at a lower rate or not at all. Full contribution details are on the relevant promotion page.
• Bonus funds expire if the wagering requirement is not completed within the stated time period. Expired bonus funds and associated winnings are forfeited without notice.
• Megapari reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Any attempt to abuse a bonus — including exploiting games with low house edge during active wagering requirements, using bots, or coordinating with other players to meet requirements artificially — will result in cancellation of the bonus and associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.

By placing bets on any game or market at Megapari, you acknowledge the following:

• All game outcomes on RNG-based games (slots, table games, crash games) are determined by certified Random Number Generators. These outcomes cannot be predicted, influenced, or disputed on the basis of statistical expectation.
• Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages are calculated over millions of game rounds and do not represent a guaranteed return on any individual session.
• Live casino game outcomes are determined in real time by physical dealing or roulette mechanics operated by the studio providing the game stream. Megapari does not control live game outcomes.
• Sports and PSL betting outcomes are final once the relevant event has concluded. Settlement follows the rules published on the relevant market. In-play bets are settled based on the score or event at the time the bet was placed, not at the time of any subsequent amendment.
• In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection, or technical error during gameplay, Megapari's decision on the validity of any affected bets is final. Bets affected by verified technical faults will be voided and stakes returned.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the Megapari platform. Engaging in any of these will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances and bonuses, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence to place bets or interact with the platform;
• Exploiting bugs, glitches, or technical errors in games for financial gain;
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker or any other multi-player game;
• Using a VPN or proxy to circumvent geographic restrictions or to create the appearance of a different location;
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including using the platform to process funds unrelated to genuine gambling activity;
• Registering multiple accounts or allowing others to use your account;
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration or verification information;
• Attempting to manipulate game results or betting markets in any way.

• Deposit Limits: You can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from your account settings. Once set, limits take effect immediately and cannot be increased for 24 hours. Decreases take effect immediately.
• Session Time Limits: You can set a maximum continuous session time after which you will be automatically logged out.
• Cooling-Off Periods: You can place your account on a temporary pause of between 24 hours and 6 weeks. During this period you cannot deposit, bet, or claim bonuses.
• Self-Exclusion: You can request permanent self-exclusion at any time. Once confirmed, your account will be closed and you will not be permitted to re-register for a minimum of 12 months.

All content on the Megapari platform — including but not limited to the Megapari brand name, logo, website design, text, graphics, software, and game interfaces provided by third-party studios — is protected by intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Megapari platform solely for your personal entertainment. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, or redistribute any content from the platform;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify any software or game code;
• Use the Megapari brand name, logo, or any associated marks without prior written permission;
• Frame or mirror any part of the platform on another website.

Game content is owned by the respective game studios and is licensed to Megapari for display on the platform. All third-party intellectual property rights are acknowledged and respected.

Closure by Megapari: Megapari may close or suspend your account immediately and without prior notice if:

• You breach any part of these Terms;
• Megapari suspects fraudulent activity, money laundering, or abuse of bonuses;
• You are found to be under 18 years of age;
• You have registered multiple accounts;
• You are subject to a self-exclusion request;
• Megapari is required to do so by law or regulation.

Where an account is closed due to a Terms breach, Megapari reserves the right to forfeit all balances including real-money funds obtained through abuse or fraud.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Megapari's liability to you in connection with your use of the platform is limited as follows:

• Megapari is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings expected but not received, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
• Megapari is not liable for technical failures, interruptions, or delays outside of its reasonable control, including internet service disruptions, power outages, or third-party payment system failures.
• Megapari's total liability to you for any single incident shall not exceed the amount deposited by you in the 30 days prior to the incident giving rise to the claim.
• Nothing in these Terms limits Megapari's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Megapari reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where the changes are material, notify registered players via email or an on-platform notification.

Your continued use of Megapari after any changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you should stop using the platform and request account closure.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the jurisdiction under which Megapari operates its international gaming licence. In the event of a dispute, you agree to first attempt resolution through Megapari's internal complaints process:

2. Megapari will acknowledge your complaint within 2 business days and aim to provide a full response within 10 business days;
